Boom Brothers defeat Mexican drug cartels in border war as seen in
Tucson, Arizona, television news video.
Indianapolis, IN / May 5, 2009 - The death toll from the drug war on the Mexican
and United States border has continued totaling 7,943 in an 18 month period. But
early Sunday morning, April 19th, the murder of the cartel rivals and the
killing of local police and citizens were stopped cold.
A battle had apparently broken out Saturday evening in a south side
Tucson, Arizona, neighborhood between Juarez and Sinaloa Coalition
Cartel "soldiers" fighting over control of the distribution of cocaine and
marijuana coming into the U.S. The fighting increased in intensity when
local police and their SWAT teams were brought in to control the situation
and make arrests. Reports from several police officers on the scene indicated
that they could not withstand the massive automatic weapons fire from an
estimated 50 or so cartel "soldiers" involved. In the melee, numerous
residents in the area and innocent passersby in traffic where shot and
killed or wounded. The situation became out of control when the ambulances, rescue
personnel and hospital resources were exhausted and the activity continued
to escalate.
At approximately 11:30 PM, authorities interceded by bringing in what
appeared to be contract mercenaries to contain the violence. A single TV
crew on the scene for Tuscon's KAZZ TV, reporter Kyle Hopkins and his
cameraman, were embedded for their own protection with the private security
force reportedly called the "Boom Brothers" by an advisor from an undisclosed
Federal agency. The paramilitary force then pushed both cartels' soldiers out
of the area and into a protracted running battle south on Interstate 19 to the
border town of Nogales, Mexico. By about 3:30 AM, the remaining cartel soldiers
were trapped on the banks of the Rio Grande River near the Nogales bridge
crossing. Expecting to be captured and jailed, the two dozen or so remaining
cartel members begged their surrender.
The KAZZ TV news video recorded what happened that night and can be viewed on
YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZnC7kKrsP1U or
www.BoomBrothers.net. The
private security professionals apparently took matters into their own hands
ignoring the reported criminals' pleas. At that point, they instantly cut loose
with a barrage of M203 grenade launchers, mini-gun and .50 caliber armor
piercing incendiary tracer machine gun and automatic rifle fire that turned the
banks of the river and night sky into a pyrotechnics display. There were no
known Jaurez or Sinaloa Cartel survivors. Drug related incidents along the entire
U.S. and Mexico border have literally stopped in the past ten days.
